"App is terrible. I used a bank acct once and now there is no way to remove it. I clicked the X to retype a new acct and routing number but it does not save it. How do I know? Because I just got an Insufficient Funds letter from the bank account that I CLOSED last month. I clicked the button to email Customer Support. They replied that they can't answer my question because I didn't include my account number! How dumb. It was a general question and I was logged into the app to access their em"

"Company charged me $500 and talked to me like I'm an idiot when I explained to them that average usage doesn't jump 70% in a month unless there's a problem.
